Diablos Rojos inician conversaciones para Tyler Dibline.

Manchester United reportedly has initiated discussions with Southampton as they strive to secure a deal for the highly-rated young player Tyler Dibling this summer.

The 19-year-old English U19 international has had a breakthrough season at St Mary’s, impressing with his performances and attracting interest from various Premier League clubs.

West Ham is believed to be preparing an offer for Dibling, while Tottenham is also interested in signing the talented midfielder. However, GiveMeSport reports that United has taken action, starting talks with Southampton in order to finalize an agreement.

Ruben Amorim’s team has been keeping an eye on Dibling for months, impressed by his progress, and has now intensified their pursuit by entering into negotiations with Southampton.

It is widely expected that Dibling will leave Southampton at the end of the season, with his contract running until 2026. Manchester United sees him as a valuable addition and is eager to secure his signature if the deal is financially feasible.

The Red Devils recently missed out on the Sporting CP wonderkid Geovany Quenda to Chelsea, and now they see Dibling as a potential alternative.

The teenager has made 30 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring four goals.

While United is working on signing Dibling, they are also expected to permanently part ways with both Marcus Rashford and Antony. Both players left on loan in January, with Rashford joining Aston Villa and Antony moving to Real Betis, and it is unlikely that either will return to Old Trafford in the long term.

Rashford’s strong performances at Villa Park earned him a call-up to the England squad, while Antony has found form in Spain. However, United is planning a summer overhaul and sees both departures as necessary steps in reshaping the squad.
